Design of Cotton Recovery Device and Operation Parameters Optimization

This research aims to optimize the working parameters of sawtooth-type recovery device for cotton fallen on ground enhance cotton’s effect. Firstly, cotton-picking mechanism and unloading were designed. The movement trajectory serrated tooth end designed device, non-missing picking condition, condition noted. Secondly, virtual simulation technology developed a model interaction process between equipment soil. To determine optimal combination operating three-factor, three-level response surface optimization test was conducted using Box–Behnken’s central method with machine speed, spacing discs, disc speed as factors, impurity rate indexes. In addition, regression analyze effects selected factors unit, each factor optimized.
